(All characters are going up from 3rd to 4th level.  And anyone with "The Trio of Might" the will be 5th level!)

 

 

Details on the NEW Character Cards for 2011

 

We have some very exciting news for True Dungeon players!  All the characters are going up from 3rd level to 4th level this year -- and with the right magic items you can be 5th level!  The cool part is that these new character cards will be printed in full-color on cardstock, and players will wear them around their necks with a chain.  And the coolest part is that you get to keep the character card at the end of your adventure as a memento of your grand adventure.  On one side of the card will be the 4th level version of the character, and on the other side will be the 5th level version (see purple above).  As a thank you to our great token collectors we are making these 5th level characters available to them -- or anyone who possesses three of any of the five Ultra Rare Might tokens.  The five Might items are:

 

        Crown of Might    (2009)

        Orb of Might       (2010)*

        Scepter of Might (2011)*

        Boots of Might     (2011)*

        Girdle of Might    (2011)*

 

*Available this year as one of your Ultra Rare selections with every $250 purchase.

 

"Trio of Might":  Equipping with any three of the above tokens makes your character 5th level (instead of 4th level) for the dungeon.  Being 5th level gets your character more hit points, powers and 3rd level spells if your character is a spell caster.

 

"Quartet of Might":  Equipping with any four of the above tokens makes your character 5th level (instead of 4th level) for the dungeon, and your character gains +2 to melee damage.

 

"Quintet of Might":  Equipping with all five of the above tokens makes your character 5th level (instead of 4th level) for the dungeon, and your character gains +4 to melee damage.

 

You can get these Ultra Rare tokens randomly in any True Dungeon Token 10-pack, or you can just claim one with every $250 token purchase.

Two New Character Classes for 2011

 

In addition to the standard 10 classes that have been previously available, we are also adding a "Dwarf Fighter" and "Elf Wizard" to the available characters.  Both are specialists and have different skills/spells than their "Fighter" and "Wizard" counterparts.  For instances, the Dwarf Fighter gains Weapon Focus with melee weapons, while the Elf Wizard has many new spells like "Invisibility".

 

 

 

Golden Ticket Update!

 

Many of the randomly inserted Golden Ticket tokens have yet to be claimed!  These are the coolest tokens available, and we randomly inserted 24 special Golden Ticket tokens into the 2011 token collection.  Instead of a Common token, you get one of these uber-cool tokens in your 10-pack.  The bearer of this special token should present it outside Ballroom 7 at 6:30pm on Thursday, August 4th.  There will be a special free dinner immediately following, and then the special adventure will start at 8:00pm.  You will also get a host of extra goodies which include a completely awesome pack of uber-rare and powerful tokens and an exclusive GT-only surprise inside your True Dungeon adventure.  Many gamers who have placed a small token order have "drawn" one of these cool tokens, so anyone can win!

2011 Event Details Coming in April -- along with a video teaser!

 

We are still working out the final details of the 2011 event -- as we want to make is as cool as possible for everyone.  By mid-April we will release all the information as well as a new video teaser that shows footage of the 2011 event.  Last year there was even a quick shot of how to solve the sliding piece puzzle.  Thanks for your patience and support!
