Details of the Ultra-Cool 2009 Token Program!

 

 

Pre-orders for the 2009 token collection are now open HERE and they will go until Feb. 2nd, 2009.  The tokens should ship out by Feb. 15th.  One of the coolest things about this year’s token collection is that 95%+ of the tokens are brand new from previous years.  And some tokens are old favorites that were previously available only in the old “wooden nickel” format.  The pricing for this year’s tokens is much like last year, but we have added even MORE cool free stuff for the big token supporters.

 

1 pack = $10

 

10 pack = $95 plus two FREE bags (a total of 12 packs)

 

25 pack = $250 plus five FREE bags (a total of 30 packs) PLUS one Ultra Rare token of your choice.

 

50 pack = $500 plus 10 FREE bags (a total of 60 packs) PLUS TWO Ultra Rare tokens of your choice.  One of these UR tokens will be the standard gold color and it will be shipped with your order in Feb, but the other one will have a special "onyx" or black backing.  These onyx UR proof token(s) will be shipped to you a few days after you place your order.

 

100 pack = $1,000 plus 20 FREE bags (a total of 120 packs) PLUS four UR tokens of your choice (Two URs will be gold, and two will be Onyx and shipped in a few days).  PLUS, you will receive a signed copy of the module after the event is over in October. This module will contain a map of the event as well as many illustrations not available anywhere else.  And the module will be cool – really cool!

 

 

This is the 2008 module – complete with AD&D-style art and graphics!

Every $1,000 order will receive a signed copy of the 2009 module in October.

 

800 pack = $8,000 plus 160 FREE bags (a total of 960 packs) PLUS 16 UR tokens of your choice on gold backings delivered in Feb., and all 20 URs on Onyx tokens delivered about a week after you place your order.  In addition, you will also receive an entire proof set of Onyx tokens of the 2009 Common, Uncommon and Rare tokens about a week after you place an order.  That totals all 140 2009 tokens on proof Onyx backs received about a week after you place your order.  Lastly, you get eight copies of the uber-cool module – which comes in handy since many of these $8,000 orders are group orders.

Golden Ticket, Token Buyers’ Dinner AND Gen Con TD Ticket Draw

 

 

The Golden Ticket -- back by popular demand!  We are randomly inserting 16 special Golden Ticket tokens into the 2009 token collection.  Presenting one of these Golden Ticket tokens at the entrance to the True Dungeon Tavern at 9:00am on Thursday morning at Gen Con 2009 will get you into a special VIP run of True Dungeon.  Not only will you be the first to play the new TD adventure in 2009, but you will also get a host of extra goodies which include a completely awesome pack of uber-rare and powerful tokens and an exclusive GT-only “room” inside your True Dungeon adventure.  Note that the odds of getting one of these tokens are exactly the same as finding one last year.  This Golden Ticket program should be a lot of fun for collectors – as any 10-pack could hold an extra-special token for a lucky gamer (or Charlie!).

 

 

Token Buyers’ Dinner  To properly thank all the big token buyers who support True Dungeon through their token purchases, we are holding a very special “Token Buyers’ Dinner” at True Realm on Thursday, April 2^nd inside the Tavern from 6-9pm.  The event will be a great chance for all token collectors to get together, swap stories and tokens, devour an awesome meal provided by Lori Martin Catering, and enjoy a little after-dinner TD gaming surprise.  Who knows what evil lurks outside the TD Tavern – or what hidden treasure can be found inside the Tavern?  For every $1,000 in tokens that you buy, you will receive one invitation for one person to this exclusive dinner and TD gaming event.

 

 

Gen Con Ticket Draw!  Gen Con Ticket Draw! --   Ten “Big Token Buyers” will have the opportunity to guarantee an 8-player slot to this year’s True Dungeon. Details are being worked out, we’ll keep you posted.

True Realm Update

 

There are still some great event tickets available for events at True Realm.  Check out www.truerealm.com for more details.  We are running TWO totally different dungeon adventures – plus we are providing many “mini” TD events at this two-day True Dungeon celebration. 

 

If you are a True Dungeon fan – you can’t miss this event!

 

We are working very hard to finalize all the details about True Realm.  Tickets will be sent out in about a week along with a flyer with more event details.  We are working to secure a Ren Faire food vendor so you can have some fun food at the event, and we are adding more mini-events to keep you busy in the Tavern between adventures.
